Our Mission Statement

Welcome to our Doodlcorns by 24 Carrot! 

Our main mission is to connect the outside world to Web3! We plan to achieve this goal by offering everyday people an opportunity to gain experience about our awesome NFT project, Web3 other amazing projects at our own vacation rentals!



In addition, our community will benefit from these locations by receiving a portion of the monthly income via raffle rewards, quarterly vacation raffle giveaways, staking tied to our own liquidity pool and more! Continue reading to learn more about these specific utilities!

So much focus is put on growing the Crypto and NFT space from the inside. Well, Doodlcorns are all about bringing in new and fun people! This includes new investors, new artists, and even new developers! We want to help change the narrative by bringing our amazing art and utilities to the outside world! 

Our Past, Experience & Team


Over the past year, our team has evolved and grown. Our four sold out NFT collections from 2022 helped us learn how to navigate the Web3 space and offer value to our holders. These collections continue to be bought, sold, and staked organically! 

By mid-year, we were already developing the amazing utilities for Doodlcorns!  Our team is dedicated to making this project a success and has a proven record of following through on our goals. We have gone through each aspect of these new utilities to make sure we have created a fun project for the community, a means to provide long term revenue to our team and bring sustainable value to our community! 

We have developed Team Leaders and strong partners for every aspect of our NFT Project. Our team works hard to keep the community informed, involved and have fun along the way! I would love to introduce you to our team leaders and dev support:

Doodlcorns Travel

Our team is so excited to bring you Doodlcorns Travel! This is the part of the project that will set us apart from the rest and bring sustainable income to our project! Here is how we plan to launch this amazing aspect of our project!

Within the first 100 paid mints, we plan to establish 24 Carrot LLC! 

After roughly 1500 paid mints, we will purchase our first vacation rental location on the east coast of the US through the LLC! We will work with our team and community to find an awesome location! The goal from there is to purchase an additional location every 12-24 months, up to a maximum of 4 locations for the Doodlcorns NFT project. 

And YES, these locations will feature our main utility and reward which is “Quarterly Vacations”! We really believe this will set us apart from the rest of the NFT space!

You could win a free 4–7-night stay at one of our locations!

How will quarterly vacations work?

• How will quarterly vacations work?

• You will have a chance to win a stay at one of our locations!

• But how? Each time a vacation becomes available to win, a new raffle will be started and our token will be used to enter!

• For example, only: 1 raffle entry could cost 5000 Doods (Solana token) 

• Multiple entries will be allowed!

• The more token you hold! The more chances you have at winning!

• No purchase necessary and open to everyone to enter!

• Winner will work with the 24 Carrot Team to choose your week!

• WINNERS OPTION: winner can choose to take a “Vacation Payout Reward” from that week instead, which will be 35% of the revenue made from that week (after taxes/fees)

• Each location will feature one quarterly vacation per year!

Additional Vacations details:

• Entry will be held via a raffle system.

• Entrants will not have to be a NFT holder of our project but will need our Doods token to enter.

• Our $Doods token will be attainable by staking Doodlcorns and winning them via Rumble games, Poker collabs and holder only giveaways.

• No purchase is necessary to enter when using the $Doods token for entry. Our raffle system is our “alternate means of entry”.

• Entrants will be able to enter as many times as they like.

• Token amount per entry to be established before each giveaway. 

• You can choose to not enter these giveaways.

• Winner can not win two quarters in a row. 

• Winners will be chosen via the raffle system. 

• Winners will have 48 hours to respond and choose their prize. Or the prize will be re-run and a new winner will be chosen. This process will continue until a winner responds and chooses. 

• Don’t want the vacation?

• Winners will have a choice to refuse the vacation and accept a 35% profit from an average week. This amount could fluctuate to a maximum not to exceed $250. This amount could increase depending on project success.

• Each location will offer one quarterly vacation per year. 

• Additional location purchases will be based on monthly income from the rentals and overall market conditions. 

• Winners will work with the 24 Carrot team to coordinate your stay or choose the payout reward! 

• NOTE: Due to the size and value of this prize, some entrants may be subject to taxes or fees. Please be aware of this before you enter the vacation raffle. Holders do not own any part of the vacation rentals. Additional rules or restrictions may be added as the process starts to take place. Enter at your own risk. 

Doodlcorns & Bunnies

Helping real bunnies has always been a passion of ours at 24 Carrot and our Doodlcorns collection will continue that journey!

In 2022, our team and community, donated over $1000 to real bunny rescues! That is why 10% of our mint funds are going towards establishing the “24 Carrot Bunny Rescue & Foundation”. We will work alongside the largest rescues in the nation to bring help and support to an industry that is struggling!

My wife loves animals and has always had a heart towards helping bunnies. That is why our first 2 NFT collections featured bunny pfps! Here are just a few ways we plan to work with our community to support bunnies:

• Help educate people on how to take care of bunnies and raise them!

• Donate to partner bunny rescue bunnies each quarter!

• Establish our very own Bunny Rescue Foundation!

• One or two months out of the year we will take all our vacation & project profits and expand our bunny saving operation! We will ask our amazing community to join us in donating and we’ll reward them with our project token!

• NOTE: We will always donate to bunny rescues, but establishing our own rescue will take place later in the project development and after the first vacation location is bought and established. 

Doodlcorns Staking

Stake your Doodlcorns and earn our NEW $Dood Solana token! We are so excited to bring you this new token tied to our Genesis, Legacy and Doodlcorns NFT collections!

This new staking system will be established at 30 paid Doodlcorns mints! We already have a great partner site that will set this up for us and establish a great site for our community! An official announcement will be made once staking is live!

Stake your Doodlcorns for 10 $Dood’s a day!!  (Same with Genesis & Legacy NFT’s)

What does this mean for our Ghost Bunny & Captain Skull Holder collections?

• These collections were all minted as holder only and 90% of them were free!

• These collections will no longer be stakable after 7/19. 

• Keep all of them if you want!

• NFT EXCHANGE PROGRAM! 

• We understand that many people bought these collections after our free mint, so we are offering an exchange program! 

• This program will start no earlier than 30 days after we start minting Doodlcorns

• Exchange a Ghost Bunny or Captain Skull NFT for:

• Exchange 1 NFT for 500 $Dood token

• Exchange 2 NFT’s for a free Doodlcorn NFT or mint

• A ticket will need to be opened and the NFT’s will have to be sent to a specific wallet. Once confirmed, we will follow through on the exchange!

• Note this program will only be available for 30 days after it starts. It will only be available to holders of our collections. Additional restrictions may apply if it is being abused or taken advantage of while in the 30 days. 

Doodlcorns Finances 

Managing the Doodlcorn Finances will be critical to the success of the NFT project moving forward. Each of the categories listed below will be carefully managed and distributed. A percentage of the income received each month will also be added to the Treasury Fund as to provide for the future locations and long-term holder rewards.

Our goal is to make this a sustainable and successful project! 

• 1% Staking & Raffle Systems

• 5% Liquidity Pool

• 5% Rewards, giveaways, Merch and more

• 20% Taxes 

• 40% Down payment for our first property 

• 10% Treasury Fund for future mortgages, insurance, furnishings

• 10% Founders

• 9% Dev team, Discord & Leadership team, and marketing  


Doodlcorns Liquidity Pool

The new token will also be tied to a new Liquidity Pool! Alongside the rentals and raffles, we will start a new Tokenomics system that will provide even more value to our holders! At roughly 200-250 paid mints we will establish our new LP!

Tokenomics

• 50% of secondary Doodlcorn NFT sales will go towards the LP!

• 10% of monthly income from the rentals towards the LP!

• 50% of the monthly property advertising funds will be added to the LP! 

• A percentage of mint sales will go towards the LP as well once established!

Note: These amounts could increase as the market improves and conditions change. Our goal will be to keep growing this and make it a great value to our holders!

Doodlcorns Raffles

Raffles will be an awesome part of our project moving forward! Once we have roughly 30 paid mints, we will establish our new raffle system with our dev partners!

Raffles will run every 2 weeks and will feature items such as our custom Dooldcorns merchandise, Solana giveaways, partner NFTS and Doodlcorn NFTS!

Our raffle system will also be used for our Quarterly Vacation giveaways! Stake our NFT’S to earn more each day and play our games to win our token for FREE! 

Entrants will use either our new $Dood token or Solana for entry. No one must enter the raffles. Raffles will be made available to everyone in the community!

Doodlcorns Mint Info

The Doodlcorns mint will consist of our Phase 1 art of 5000 pieces! Here is a breakdown of the collection and mint details:

• Collection Size: 5000

• 500 NFT’S will go to the 24 Carrot Treasury

• 500 estimated free mints via our $GEMS token & partner community giveaways

• Minting with GEMS will cost 1250 $GEMS per NFT

• Whitelist price based on 1.75 Solana 

• Public Price based on 2 Solana

Our goal for minting will be to use the Magic Eden Launchpad! We stated this over a year ago in our original Roadmap! We look forward to partnering with them for this awesome NFT collection!

Current mint date goal is August 2023. This timing could change if we are approved by Magic Eden and need to work with their schedule. We will continue to update the community!

Note: Solana has been moving up and down a lot. Our final mint price will be determined at the time of mint. We will keep the community up to date. 


Collection size and Phase 2 of Doodlcorns: Yes, we did initially plan for a 10,000 piece collection, but we recognize the market is not what is was a year ago and have watched other projects struggle to mint. We will pursue Phase 2 when the time is right and the community is ready.

In closing, our Doodlcorns project is something fun and new! A fresh way to get new people into NFT’s and Crypto! Many people have come to doubt the NFT space and its ability to be sustainable over a long period of time. Our mission with Doodlcorns is to change the overall perception through great art, awesome utilities, and a fantastic community!
